Tracy and I went to the Sea Vancouver Festival on Sunday, to watch her parents compete in the dragonboat obstacle course, and to check out the Tall Ships. My favourite was the massive Russian ship, Pallada. At 356′, she was the biggest to visit Vancouver. I found it interesting that the mast height was only 162′, compared to the other boats that were around 150′ with a 100′ mast.
