Passed my Boater’s Exam

On Saturday I got my Pleasure Craft Operator Card. The process was simple, I got a friend to supervise me, and took the test. It was fairly easy, although I got 2 out of 36 questions wrong. One about lights, and another about right of way. The only thing I got wrong about right-of-way was the sharpness of the turn to avoid the other boat. Doh!

I only had a certain amount of time to review the questions, although I wish they had told me that before my time expired!

since you’ve been talking a bit about boh cars and boats lately i thought this: http://www.liviodemarchi.com/ukmain3.htm might be of interest.

seems to me that they are full scale wood sculptures/boats made to resemble/repicate certain cars. in any case sculpted wood is always nice to look at.

Oooh, that’s cool! I’ve seen the Ferarri before but I didn’t realize that he does other boats!
