A new Nokia phone, the N90 has been released. It can play and record MPEG4 videos 
. I think Flickr is going to need a video clip section soon.

Nice blog here. I love Nokia phones. I just read that Nokia has officially anounced Nokia C6 and the Nokia X5. Those are both TD-SCDMA handsets which only work in China on TD-SCDMA network. The Nokia X5 will offer you a 5-megapixel camera, dual LED flash and video recording, 2.4-inch QVGA display, access to MM-Ovi Store, mobile video, Fetion IM, Mobile Map/Navigation and it will be available in black, white and red in Q2 2010.
