Shaw » BT slowdowns
Broadband forums are reporting Shaw bittorrent slowdowns. This is really bad for Shaw customers. I thought about switching to Shaw after Telus started firewalling ports, but there is a relatively simple workaround (otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this web page), so I wasn’t too concerned.
I’m still getting nice BT downloads though, Fedora Core 3 came in yesterday at about 150kb/s which isn’t bad.
